Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 16, 2025

At Swayday, LLC, your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information across our website, email communications, and mobile apps.

We’re especially committed to protecting the privacy of children and families who use our products.

1. Information We Collect

  • We may collect the following types of information:
  • Email address, name, or contact info — when you join a waitlist, sign up for our newsletter, or contact us.
  • Voluntary feedback or responses — such as surveys, beta signups, or support messages.
  • In-app data — anonymized data about how users interact with our games (e.g., game progress, motion interactions, or usage patterns).
  • Technical information — like device type, OS version, or app crashes (used to improve performance).
  • We do not collect precise location data, advertising identifiers, or personal identifiers from children.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Send you early access invitations, newsletters, and important updates
  • Respond to your questions or support requests
  • Improve our games and website based on anonymous usage patterns
  • Ensure safe, effective play experiences for kids

We do not use data for advertising or tracking outside our services.

3. Children’s Privacy & COPPA Compliance

Swayday creates tools designed for children, but we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.

All signups and email submissions are intended for adults (e.g., parents or guardians)

Gameplay data is anonymized and cannot identify individual children

Our mobile apps are compliant with COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) and the

Google Play Families Policy

If you believe we’ve collected data from a child inappropriately, please contact us immediately and we’ll remove it.

4. Use of Third-Party Services

We may use trusted service providers (e.g., HubSpot, Unity Analytics) to help deliver features, send emails, or track gameplay metrics. These providers are contractually obligated to keep your information secure and confidential.

We do not sell or share your information with third parties for their own marketing.

5. Your Choices & Rights

You can update your preferences or unsubscribe at any time:

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to:

  • Provide access to our services
  • Comply with legal or contractual obligations
  • Improve our product and user experience

Anonymous gameplay data may be retained for analytics purposes.

7. Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your data. Access to personal information is limited to authorized team members and service providers.
